BBC1 Holby City popular medical drama to cover Epidermolysis Bullosa EB (debra for people whose skin doesn’t work)

n Tuesday 24 January 2012, the popular medical drama series Holby City will be featuring a story about a teenage girl with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). The episode will be broadcast on BBC1 at 8pm.

16 year old Cindy has a very severe type of EB and is admitted to hospital to undergo bone marrow transplantation (BMT) to treat her EB. BMT is a high risk procedure which has yielded inconclusive results.
